Our Contract Collection includes accepting payments from the buyer and then disbursing those payments to the seller. We will calculate the Principal and interest figures according to each unique contract. We provide yearly history of the account, and also final mortgage interest statements to both parties and the IRS at the end of the year. We can quickly give accurate payoff amounts to either party at any time.
When the contract has been satisfied in full, we will record the release of lien, and forward original documents to the appropriate parties.
